Rule of Law and Democratic Governance

Main focus of this component is offering policy advice to strengthen public institutions, legal drafting and encourage implementation of democratic reforms and rule of law, providing expertise in the following five main components:

5. Euro-Atlantic integration (References)Policies of European integration, as a strategic priority and orientation of the country constitute a serious commitment for the Institute. The engagement of ISB in the issues linked with this process has gradually become more important over years, especially in areas linked with trade relations opportunities with EU, approximation in the area of commercial law and standards. ISB was one of the think tanks that have most actively supported the Stability Pact initiative.
